The Historical Bazaar Explorer offers an unforgettable journey by combining the rich texture and daily life of the Ottoman bazaar with advanced technology. Visitors do not only take a visual journey but also step into history, feeling time as they experience it.
In this experience, the Flux image model brings the past into the present, while the Redux style transfer generates visuals faithful to the period’s style. The LoRA model transforms a unique dataset from the Ottoman era, creating a dynamic and realistic atmosphere.
This experience, brought to life through the power of technology, provides visitors the opportunity to embark on a profound journey through time.
Holographic Storyteller: The Echo Of Narratıve From Past To Future
The storyteller (Meddah) is one of the oldest and most powerful representatives of the oral narrative tradition.
With just a chair, a handkerchief, and a powerful performance, they bring the stories of the past to the present, drawing the audience into a world with nothing but words. Today, we are merging this ancient tradition with the technology of the modern age.
The Holographic Storyteller is a digital echo that brings the art of storytelling from the past to the present. This solo performance, presented with holographic imaging technology, allows traditional narrative to come to life through body and voice, meeting the audience in a timeless manner. In this project, we are reviving the stories told by the Meddah in the old cafés of Istanbul on today’s digital stage.
Time Travel Virtual Reality Experience
This experience, which brings the spaces and social structure of the past to life through virtual reality, allows you to feel the historical atmosphere with all your senses. Participants, while wandering iconic locations such as the Topkapi Palace and the Hippodrome, carry the traces of the past into the present and explore the impact of historical events and social dynamics through today’s understanding.
The Topkapi Palace Courtyard, which shaped daily life in the Ottoman Empire, reflects the spirit of the era through landmarks such as the Deavi Pavilion, the Ehl-i Hiref artisans, and the Janissary Fountain.
Hippodrome: A space where commerce, entertainment, and social life intertwined, offering the chance to explore the social structure of Ottoman Istanbul through symbols like the Sultanahmet Mosque and Ibrahim Pasha Palace.
